Deadline for each month’s issue is the 12th day of the previous month
(deadline for Sept. issue would be Oct. 12th)
Design fees will be waived for any advertisements running for three months or longer.
Please call if interested in advertising for one or two months and we can discuss

If sending a pre-designed ad, ad must fit size specifications, and be sent as a PDF ,
or JPG file. BW ads must have all images/graphics in Grayscale mode at 300 dpi
and text in CMYK black, grey or white. Color ads must have all images/graphics
and text in CMYK color mode at 300 dpi. If a pre-designed ad needs
changes, we ask that the original artist make the changes to the ad and then
send it to us – we cannot edit JPEG’s or PDF’s.
